Magical Girl Nigori: Day 1

Dear Ms. Diary,

I got some new fishies today!

They're not quite like the usual kind. Their boat's weird, for one thing. It's a little like a whale, except it can be underwater more. Except that I think it might be more like a really big sharks, since all the other sharks really want to be it's friend. So far, the friend sharks haven't seemed too hungry. I hope it stays that way. I'd hate to have to hurt one of the big fishes.

But back to the fishies. They already had somebody let them breathe underwater! So they weren't doing the flailing-throat-grabbing-turning-purple thing that most of the fishes do. But whoever does their magic isn't super good, because it stopped working for a couple of seconds. The one fishie, I think he said his name was Herogar or something, looked like he was going to have a seizure. But he got better.

And one of the fishies could turn into an otter. Then she could really swim around, instead of the funny flailing that most fishies do. A lot of fishies make frogs look graceful, but she doesn't. The rest of them, not so good, though.

And I met a bard! They're so cute! Bards are really small, like sea-gnomes, but the better they are, the smaller they are! I wonder what makes one better than others. This one talks really fast, which isn't very lady-like, but she's okay.

They went back to their ship for the night. But tomorrow they're going to come back and we're going to go exploring. If we can get in the gate, anyway. I wonder if a giant squid or something could open those gates. Maybe I'll find out, and surprise them in the morning!

I think I'd better take care of them, though. Sashy says I should, and they do seem kind of bewildered. I don't know how they managed to deal with that nasty old sea witch, but they did, so I should be nice to them.

Anyway, I'm really busy and I've got to go now. Talk to you again real soon, Ms. Diary. I promise!
